Job Overview

The position of Intellectual Property Manager requires a highly skilled professional who can oversee brand protection and e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media. This role involves client onboarding and planning, including setting clear expectations and establishing brand protection strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational execution, working closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.

This role also entails strategic growth and innovation, driving initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and AI innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, commercial instinct, and problem-solving mindset to make things run smoother every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee brand protection and e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Client onboarding and planning, including setting clear expectations and establishing brand protection strategies.
  • Operational execution, working closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.
  • Strategic growth and innovation, driving initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and AI innovation.
  • Business development, partnering with the CCO to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
