The Role of a Growth Manager
You'll be part of our growth engine, driving user and revenue growth through experiments across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experiments to boost user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Analyze data to identify what works and optimize accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to enhance funnels and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest growth hacks, tools, and channels.
- A proven track record of 0-5 years in growth-related roles or internships (projects count towards experience).
- A curiosity-driven, hands-on approach with a passion for learning by doing.
- Basic proficiency in numbers and hypothesis testing using tools like Excel/Sheets, GA, or similar.
- Comfort with getting scrappy – writing copy, designing landing pages, or cold-DMing potential partners.
- A doer who prefers action over planning.
