Senior Sales Executive

Groval Selectia is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Expert with extensive experience in selling building materials to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth in new and existing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Partner with Window Fabricators, Builders, Contractors, and Architects to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 based on industry standards and market conditions in Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai/Delhi/Lucknow.
