As a Data Analyst - HR Systems at Weatherford, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing system processes and practices to support HR and the business. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR COEs to drive data integrity, provide support and guidance on improving data quality, and ensure global standardization and simplification goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

SAFETY, SECURITY & COMPLIANCE:

  • Maintain high corporate governance standards, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Emphasize Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection as core values while minimizing risks for employees, processes, customers, and communities.

OPERATIONS:

  • Utilize HR processes and systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud) for overall people data management.
  • Develop actionable management dashboards for HR functions.
  • Act as liaison between IT development group and business units for new system development and existing system enhancements.
  • Identify and document system requirements.
  • Collaborate with business user community to develop test scripts and participate/lead User Acceptance Testing as necessary.
  • Recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements.
  • Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
  • Drive successful project delivery using strong project management and deployment skills.
  • Analyze and visualize data through cutting-edge technologies like PowerBI.
  • Generate innovative ideas and solutions to improve products, insights, and delivery efficiency.
  • Manage requests to resolve and analyze management reporting with customers.
  • Aware of data privacy and legal issues for escalation to Manager if necessary.

COMMUNICATION:

  • Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop and sustain productive relationships at all levels of the organization.

FINANCIAL:

  • All employees are accountable for financial responsibility, whether managing function budgets or personal expenses.
  • Costs should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames, and follow relevant financial policy and procedure.

PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT:

  • Supervisors collaborate with Human Resources & Training Development to drive strategies for recruitment and retention of key personnel and foster an environment supporting attraction and retention of high-performing talent.

VISION & LEADERSHIP:

  • Demonstrate leadership, ethical behavior, and adherence to Weatherford standards at all times.
  • Contribute to Weatherford's HR strategy and translate it for clients and countries, ensuring a compelling vision and purpose is understood.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 6-8 years of experience in an HR systems role.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong HR functional background.
  • Strong system and data integrity mindset.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other standard office software with PeopleSoft expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of HR data, Peoplesoft, and Oracle transactions.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, service, and collaboration focus.
  • Must have an international mindset, thinking globally and objectively.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple priorities and tight timelines.
  • Expertise in HR Systems, including PeopleSoft, preferably 9.1 and/or Cloud-based systems.
  • Proficient in system updates, enhancements process, and practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of HR Systems, PeopleSoft 9.1, and Oracle Cloud preferred.
  • Knowledge of working in Matrix organization structure preferred.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience
