Global Lifestyle Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Global Lifestyle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our lifestyle management team, you will oversee the delivery of personalized high-touch service to our elite clients.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team operating across rotational shifts, and a deep understanding of luxury.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field and at least one year of experience in luxury hospitality or client servicing.

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure consistent exceptional service delivery across all shifts.
  • Mentor and guide a team of lifestyle executives to uphold service standards.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle preferences.
  • Collaborate with premium vendors and partners to meet client demands.

Key qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication, multilingual fluency, and the integrity to handle sensitive client information.
