Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Jaipur. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries and complaints, developing and implementing customer service policies, and leading a team of customer service representatives. Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback to improve services and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in customer service management and team leadership
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
