Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Jaipur. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing customer service operations, Updating customer regarding their order status, developing customer service strategies, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in customer service management and strategy development
  • Ability to manage and train customer service staff
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in the furniture or woodworking industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
