Program Lead

Key Enterprise-Wide Initiatives require strategic thinking, identifying critical issues facing the organization and conceptualizing initiatives that drive growth. As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving these key initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to design and execute strategic plans.

Job Responsibilities
  • Planning:
    • Develop enterprise-wide strategies by analyzing market trends and industry insights.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic issues and develop solutions.
    • Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery of results.
    • Monitor metrics relevant to strategic planning, forecasting variables and simulating best-fit plans.
    • Manage periodical reporting of strategy performance and coordinate with internal functions for driving planning activities.
  • CXO Support:
    • Support and manage CXOs in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work on go-to-market strategy, annual business-wise plans (annual and long-term), and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Initiative PMO:
    • Lead and drive key strategic initiatives (PMO for Strategic Initiatives).
    • Deliver and design key strategic initiatives, transformation agenda, and efficiency improvement projects.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and ensure their successful execution.
    • Work closely with the delivery team and external consulting firms for seamless project planning and execution.
  • Strategic Insights:
    • Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis.
    • Facilitate competition benchmarking, deal benchmarking, and prepare intelligent analysis on a periodic basis.
    • Prepare environment scans, competitor insights, and reports on customers and present them periodically.
    • Conduct an internal consulting project to support units.
    • Support CXO with briefing kits for any kind of engagement and other external stakeholders.
  • Strategy Communication:
    • Manage all strategic communication from the CSO's office and interact with other stakeholders.
    • Keep track of important industry updates and review changes/developments closely to assess impact.
    • Anchor business planning and operational reviews periodically: Support in preparing review decks and sharing insights with the CXO prior to reviews.

    • Collaborate across functions to create buy-in to achieve deliverables
    • Ability to work under limited supervision
    • Work well under high pressure and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment with good quality and end-user satisfaction
    • Work well with ambiguity
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative
    • Good understanding of data management and collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex data sets
    • Good understanding of Financial statements
    • Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail
    • Excellent presentation skills and ability to convert strategic ideas into actionable and communicate them
    • Strategic, analytical, statistical, and optimization background and lateral thinker
