Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to drive business development for our CRNO products. The ideal candidate will possess strong industrial selling experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a foundational understanding of the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on the business development of CRNO products, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Facilitate effective interaction with customers to understand their needs, build relationships, and drive sales.
  • Ensure seamless interaction with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • Desired: Master of Business Administration in Marketing.

Required Skills:

  • Proven industrial selling experience.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operation, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Language proficiency: English, Hindi, and local language.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Developed analytical skills to interpret market data and customer feedback.
  • Basic understanding of the steel industry, especially relevant to CRNO.
