As a seasoned Business Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of business outcomes and drive strategic initiatives across operations. Your expertise in process management and improvement will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of continuous growth within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive productivity enhancements across operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Develop and manage weekly/monthly management reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Responsible for scoping and identifying new areas of work, aligning with business objectives and priorities
  • Oversee the migration and stabilization of new processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing operations
  • Periodically review process and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards

Leadership Skills:

  • Conduct regular meetings with team members, effectively resolving concerns and escalating issues as necessary
  • Provide coaching and guidance to process managers and team leads, promoting professional growth and development
  • Own rewards and recognition schemes, fostering motivation and engagement among team members
  • Oversee Learning & Development trainings, ensuring staff have access to relevant skills and knowledge

Customer Focus:

  • Drive on-time, accurate, and quality service delivery, meeting or exceeding agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes
  • Manage client relationships, effectively handling escalations and resolving complex issues

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Explore opportunities to move processes to the GSC satellite office, improving efficiency and reducing costs
  • Participate in special projects/organization-wide initiatives, contributing to broader company goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree from a recognized university
