Sales Strategic Growth Leader

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales with expertise in driving retention, cross-selling, and upsell opportunities within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this key position. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, analytical and results-driven with a proven track record of engaging with CXOs to drive business growth and deepen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase customer lifetime value through effective retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies.
- Engage with senior executives to drive business growth, enhance customer loyalty, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments in Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless client engagement and meet or exceed business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate sales with a focus on retention, cross-selling, and upsell within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
- Proven track record of success in engaging with CXOs to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and negotiate at senior levels.
- MBA degree from a reputable institution and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
