As a senior executive, you will spearhead the growth and strategic direction of our business unit in India.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to shape organizational growth and positioning.

  • Drive top line revenue through new business acquisition, account expansion, and partnerships.
  • Lead profit and loss management across India and GCC.
  • Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Team Excellence
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing business development and account management teams.
  • Innovation & Market Insight
  • Stay ahead of IT industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Advise the leadership team on market conditions, pricing, and service positioning.
  • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools in sales functions.

Required Skills:

  • 20+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in IT services and solutions, with last 3 years selling to Indian enterprises and GCC.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenues, managing large teams, and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Experience selling data, analytics, cloud services, CRM, digital transformation, and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Strong relationships with leading OEMs.
  • Ability to leverage personal client networks in GCC and Indian enterprises.
  • BE or MBA degree.
