As a senior executive, you will spearhead the growth and strategic direction of our business unit in India.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership Vision
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape organizational growth and positioning.
- Revenue Acceleration
- Drive top line revenue through new business acquisition, account expansion, and partnerships.
- Lead profit and loss management across India and GCC.
- Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and trends to inform decision-making.
- Team Excellence
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing business development and account management teams.
- Innovation & Market Insight
- Stay ahead of IT industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Advise the leadership team on market conditions, pricing, and service positioning.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools in sales functions.
Required Skills:
- 20+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in IT services and solutions, with last 3 years selling to Indian enterprises and GCC.
- Proven track record of scaling revenues, managing large teams, and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Experience selling data, analytics, cloud services, CRM, digital transformation, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong relationships with leading OEMs.
- Ability to leverage personal client networks in GCC and Indian enterprises.
- BE or MBA degree.
