Our Story
With a rich history dating back to 1996, we've been designing and managing homes with precision. Currently, our portfolio boasts 8 projects featuring over 4500 custom-designed homes, spanning approximately 14 million square feet in major Indian cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop intricate BIM models for irrigation systems, PHE (plumbing, drainage, fire protection), and other related components.
- Identify and resolve clashes between irrigation systems, PHE systems, and other building components.
- Generate detailed construction drawings, schedules, and documentation related to irrigation systems, PHE systems.
- Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Guarantee accuracy, completeness, and consistency of irrigation system, PHE BIM models and associated documentation.
- Maintain adherence to relevant BIM standards, project specifications, and local building codes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field's engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PHE modeling.
- Proficiency in BIM software like Revit.
- Strong understanding of PHE system design principles and local regulations.
