HR Technology Specialist

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of HR technology systems, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise-wide solutions. This role involves troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and system enhancements to drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements.
  • Manage daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination independently.
  • Conduct thorough audits of HR technology systems to ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security.
  • Collaborate closely with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with organizational goals.
  • Lead the implementation of new system enhancements and ensure adoption by HR stakeholders.
  • Optimize HR systems to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Develop digital workflows in collaboration with HR stakeholders to address process gaps.
  • Monitor system performance, create actionable dashboards, and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Provide comprehensive training to HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably with an HR technology/automation background).
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management expertise.
  • Knowledge of HR software applications, including Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, and Power BI (advantageous).
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and other key areas.
  • Experience in conducting HR tech audits and compliance checks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills are essential.
