Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Monitoring Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in monitoring tools such as ITRS/Grafana/Prometheus, with expertise in installation, configuration, and setup.

Role Overview:

The Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain monitoring tools
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in monitoring and system administration
  • Hands-on experience with ITRS/Grafana/Prometheus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
