Job Title: System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our loan origination system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure user roles, security, and access controls for the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
  • Test and maintain system updates, releases, and new features.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal security policies.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a system administrator.

Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.

Familiarity with compliance requirements is a plus.

Certifications in ICE Mortgage Technology are highly preferred.
