Job Overview

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain awareness of company course offerings and online education industry trends to provide expert advice.

Collaborate Closely with Product Team: Work closely with the product team to improve support processes and enhance overall service quality. Ensure effective communication with students, colleagues, and other teams through clear and concise messaging.

Workload Management: Efficiently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and response times, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.

Adherence to Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations, upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.
