Petrofac, a leading international service provider to the energy industry, is seeking a talented individual to join its team. The company designs, builds, manages, and maintains infrastructure for clients worldwide.

This is a challenging role that requires skills and experience in process automation, engineering systems integration, and troubleshooting critical issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed work processes, integrating SPF with other engineering systems, and translating requirement specifications into automation using best practices defined by Hexagon and Petrofac QMS.

  • Developing and maintaining detailed work processes for SPF applications.
  • Integrating SPF with other engineering systems and non-engineering systems as required.
  • Translating requirement specifications into automation using best practices defined by Hexagon and Petrofac QMS.
  • Managing change management processes for SPF applications and interfaces.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited college or university and 10+ years of experience in SPF automation roles in a head office environment.
  • Understanding of business processes from FEED to EPC and experience working in the oil and gas industry.
  • Comprehensive programming expertise using VB 6, .NET, C#, and SPF APIs to implement automation routines.
