Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Process Engineer located in Mumbai. The Lead Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing process engineering activities, including process design, control, and optimization. Daily tasks include developing process engineering solutions, conducting risk assessments and analyses, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring projects meet regulatory and safety standards. The engineer will also mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

  • Process Design and Process Control skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Process Engineering
  • Background in Chemical Engineering
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory compliance
