Job Title: Digital Process Automation SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Digital Process Automation Specialist to work on power plant projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Detail Engineering, a strong grasp of both basic and detailed design, and the ability to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with US-based engineers, project managers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Track and maintain the project budget and schedule.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare a wide range of documents and deliverables, including P&ID reviews, instrument indexes, I/O lists, datasheets, specifications, and loop drawings.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide guidance to junior team members and interface with draftsmen and designers to maintain the quality of all documents.
  • Design & Calculations: Perform instrument sizing calculations, review vendor drawings, and prepare instrument installation drawings and cable schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in EPC Detail Engineering.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience in basic and detailed design engineering.
  • Knowledge of Power Plant Engineering and COMOS software is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming or an interest in logic development is also a plus.
