Job Title: Automation Specialist

The HR Automation Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the HR domain. The Analyst will monitor and troubleshoot robotic processes, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any exceptions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the launch and implementation of automation tools to optimize business processes
  • Collaborate with vendors to maintain and enhance existing automation infrastructure
  • Develop and test automated workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Create comprehensive process and end-user documentation
  • Deploy automation components, including bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools
  • Take ownership of various automated processes, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and addressing exceptions
  • Continuously monitor process performance to ensure optimal operation
  • Partner with counterparts to identify and suggest new automation opportunities
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages and database technologies
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath technology
  • Expertise in business and technical requirements, problem-solving, and system testing (including UAT and Bug Fixes)
  • Familiarity with Human Resource processes or equivalent experience
  • Experience with API Integrations is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
