HR Automation Expert

The goal of this role is to support the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the HR domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting robotic processes, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement RPA Solutions: Support the launch and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in HR.
  • Maintain and Enhance Automation: Collaborate with vendors to maintain and enhance existing automation workflows.
  • Develop and Test Automation Workflows: Develop and test automation workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document Processes: Create comprehensive process documentation.
  • Deploy RPA Components: Deploy RPA components, including robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
  • Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor robot performance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Partner with US Counterparts: Partner with US counterparts to identify and suggest new automation solutions.
  • Perform Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other ad hoc duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Work Experience: 2-3 years of professional work experience preferred.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages and database technologies.
  • UiPath Technology: Hands-on experience with UiPath technology.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in business and technical requirements, problem-solving, and system testing.
  • Human Resource Knowledge: Familiarity with human resource processes or equivalent experience.
  • API Integrations: Experience with API integrations is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
