We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • RPA Solution Design & Development:
  • Identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation using Automation Anywhere.
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable RPA bots using Automation Anywhere Enterprise A2019/360 or previous versions.
  • Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
  • Implement exception handling, error logging, and recovery mechanisms within RPA solutions.
  • Bot Management & Optimization:
  • Configure and manage Control Room operations, including scheduling, monitoring, and managing bots.
  • Perform performance tuning of bots and optimize existing automations for efficiency and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during bot execution or development.
  • Collaboration & Support:
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate automated solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure and compliant RPA deployments.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots.
  • Train business users on new automated processes and bot functionalities.
  • Best Practices & Governance:
  • Adhere to RPA development best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our RPA capabilities and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an RPA Developer with significant hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and process automation concepts.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing bots for various applications (web, desktop, legacy systems).
  • Experience with Control Room administration and bot deployment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Developer (AD01) or similar certifications.
  • Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) or programming languages (e.g., C#, Java) for advanced automation.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
