Job Title:

A seasoned Salesforce technical leader is needed to spearhead the implementation of complex solutions across multiple clouds.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  2. Drive Salesforce configurations and Force.com development.
  3. Mentor teams in applying Salesforce best practices.
  4. Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control, and DevOps best practices.
  5. Establish and maintain sandbox strategy, user/license management, and security compliance.

Project & Delivery Management:

  1. Oversee Agile ceremonies and manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to gather and refine requirements.
  3. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

  1. Mentor and coach Salesforce developers, admins, and junior managers.
  2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.

Requirements:

  • 12-16 years of overall IT experience, with at least 6-8 years in Salesforce project delivery and technical leadership.
  • Proven experience managing large Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, integration, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps tools, and security models.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a consulting environment or with global clients.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale integration landscapes and familiarity with AI, Einstein Analytics, and industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
