About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce developer to lead our technical team in delivering innovative solutions that drive business success. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning web components that meet the highest standards of quality and scalability.

Your primary focus will be on delivering complex cloud-based solutions using Salesforce's robust platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions across various business units.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, experience with asynchronous and synchronous processes, and proficiency in advanced admin features such as flows, dynamic forms, REST-Must integrations, and SOAP integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning web components that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Process Architect and related IT teams Advisory Developers to ensure designs adhere to Salesforce best practices and are built for scalability.
  • Participate in the creation of documentation to ensure that no component or process is a closed system.
  • Optimize and improve existing Salesforce implementations to maximize benefits from investment in Salesforce.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
  • 7 years of enterprise experience developing Salesforce.com products.
  • Strong desire to maximize native Salesforce functions and adopt scalability as a core design principle in all projects.
  • Experience in Service Cloud implementation.
  • Understanding of object-based model, governor limits in Salesforce.
  • Experience in working with async and sync processes.
  • Proficient in advanced admin features such as flows, dynamic forms, REST-Must integrations, and SOAP integrations.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in object-oriented programming, Apex, LWC, Messaging in App on Web with Einstein bots.
