  • Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
Einstein AI Solutions:
  • Implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and decision-making
  • Developing and deploying custom Einstein AI models to meet client needs
Cloud-Based Services:
  • Deploying and configuring cloud-based solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Providing expert-level support for Conga CLM/CPQ, Lightning Web Components, and CRM Analytics
