Role Overview:

At GoQuant, we are seeking a skilled Quantitative Trader to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing algorithmic trading strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and backtest quantitative models using machine learning techniques
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate research into production systems
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quantitative trading

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics)
  • Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics (e.g., probability, linear algebra, calculus)
  • Programming experience in Python, R, MATLAB, or related tools
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading concepts
  • Experience with data libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, and statistical modeling techniques
  • Interest in time series analysis and algorithmic trading strategies
