Performance Marketing Specialist Job Summary

About the Role:

This position involves planning, launching and scaling Google Ads campaigns for high-growth D2C brands. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will research audiences, analyze competitors and identify opportunities for growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) for high-growth D2C brands.
  • Analyze competitor activity and develop strategies to stay ahead.
  • Optimize campaigns on a daily basis by adjusting bids, budgets, creatives and targeting.
  • Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and provide insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience running Google Ads campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads and its application in the D2C space.
  • The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
