The Sales and Marketing Manager is a crucial role that drives revenue growth by developing and executing marketing strategies. This individual leads the sales team, conducts market research, identifies new business opportunities, and builds strong customer relationships to deliver results.
\\Responsibilities:\
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.
- Plan, oversee, and execute promotional campaigns and activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement/exceeding of sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align business development efforts.
- Provide periodic reports and insights to senior management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in B2B/industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive a team.
- Excellent market research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Experience in the filtration industry will be an added advantage.
