Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to oversee the coordination of preventive maintenance schedules, manage breakdown records, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with SAP protocols.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of breakdowns and maintenance activities, adhering to established frequency guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to implement instructions, work procedures, and SOPs related to production operations.
  • Provide training and support to team members during equipment troubleshooting, breakdowns, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Ensure efficient inventory control and balance investigation for instrument spare parts.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive maintenance budgets for allocated areas.
  • Monitor and optimize maintenance expenses to align with budgetary allocations.
  • Guarantee the availability of process equipment and perform regular maintenance on spare equipment parts, working closely with OEMs, external suppliers, and supply chain management.
  • Oversee the timely closure and completion of assigned Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
  • Support technical documentation activities at site as per instructions from Section Heads.
  • Maintain up-to-date documents for audits, including SOPs, formats, PM books, protocols, and Machine History Books.
  • Adhere to Good Engineering Practices (GEP) and cGMP standards for facility upkeep.
