Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Utilities professional to manage our site’s operational activities. This includes ensuring efficient service delivery, managing customer interface, and providing proactive support to internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have expertise in utility equipment operation and maintenance, with a strong understanding of factory utilities and statutory requirements. They will also have experience working with cross-functional teams, technicians, engineering vendors, and facility management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE (Mechanical/Electrical) with 5-10 years’ experience in Utility maintenance and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the utility technician team to ensure maximum availability and running at optimum efficiency within the utility system.
  • Ensure the team adheres to all safety protocols, quality standards, sustainability, HACCP, local regulations, and ISO requirements.
  • Organize and implement planned and unplanned maintenance activities on time, ensuring utility uptime is 99%.
  • Measure and analyze utility KPIs, collaborate with the team to develop action plans/root cause analysis and improvements.
