**Job Description**\

As a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional, you will be responsible for monitoring the infrastructure of our systems to ensure optimal performance. Your primary focus will be on monitoring CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital server parameters on a regular schedule.

Upon identifying any performance issues beyond established thresholds, you will report these details to the appropriate teams for prompt resolution. Additionally, you will monitor scheduled tasks on the system to guarantee their successful completion.

\

In cases of task failures, you will rerun the task to prevent potential disruptions. Furthermore, you will report any technical errors to L2/L3 teams for swift resolution.

\

To stay informed about new items and tickets, you will closely monitor email, Teams channels, and ticketing systems. Upon receipt of new items/tickets, you will provide an initial response and gather additional details from relevant teams as necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**\
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with over 3 years of experience in managing application or infrastructure support at L1 level.\
  • Previous experience in SailPoint or IAM system support is highly desirable.\
  • Proven ability to provide excellent oral and written communication to customers within defined SLAs.\
  • Strong background in handling customer-related queries on system functionality and providing required support.\
  • Experience in conducting customer issue-based validation.\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
  • Bonus points for technical background in Java, Scripting, and similar technologies.
