Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring high-value Current Account relationships from existing and new clients within the group.
  • They will also be responsible for increasing Customer to Group (CTG) and Product to Group (PTG) ratios through deepening and upselling.
  • Maintaining strong client servicing standards to ensure high retention and satisfaction is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Drive New-to-Bank (NTB) acquisition through referrals and targeted prospecting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of transactional and commercial banking products.
