Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Business Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through strategic analysis and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflows.
  • Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders and facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Maintain independence in a remote setup, with ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Hands-on experience in gathering and managing business requirements.
  • Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, etc).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
