We are seeking a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. This role involves working alongside the Head Coach to support high-intensity group training, functional strength development, and mobility sessions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role- Support and occasionally lead Strength and Conditioning sessions, assisting with daily consultations and contributing to creating a safe, progressive, and motivating training environment for employees participating in corporate wellness and performance programs.
- Lead Mobility and Recovery sessions, focusing on corrective exercises rather than yoga.
- Conduct daily consultations with members for assessments, progress tracking, and injury-prevention strategies.
- Assist the Head Coach in implementing training blocks (stability → strength → power).
- Evaluate proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session.
- Collaborate with members to build consistency, confidence, and functional performance.
- Maintain detailed training logs and provide structured feedback on member progress.
- Hold a recognized Strength and Conditioning certification, such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE (S&C specialisation), or CrossFit Level 1+.
- Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A chance to work on an exciting corporate wellness project with structured S&C programming.
