Job Title: Training Operations Specialist

About the Role:

The Training Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our learning services. This includes managing training programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving process-related improvements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Publishing and Maintenance: Publish, modify, and deactivate training content on the LMS system, My LearningLink, and enroll users as required.
  • Change Management: Monitor regular updates on the tool and process, and communicate changes to stakeholders and requestors.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of courses to ensure a better learner experience.
  • Catalog Governance: Advocate for global governance of catalog standards and maintain the integrity of the MLL catalog.
  • Consultative Business Partner: Facilitate communication between requesters and stakeholders, manage PO and chargeback processes, and drive end-to-end program management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations, and implement changes to enhance the learning experience.
  • Global Assignments: Manage global assignments for campaigns and drives, and contribute to UATs for LMS release features and vendor integrations.
  • KPIs and Metrics: Ensure that KPIs and metrics are met as per standard definitions.
  • Communication: Contribute to learning services communications using various mediums, including email, intranet, meetings, etc.
  • Enquiries Management: Effectively manage enquiries and provide high-quality customer service.
