Job Opportunity: Digital Project Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns for a multinational corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure proper email rendering, content accuracy, and error-free proofing
  • Secure client approval and address edits as needed
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Provide guidance on account protocols and support clients in using proper email templates
  • Process and upload distribution lists
  • Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share reports with clients
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds
  • Identify potential roadblocks or delays and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (desired)
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably at an agency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically distributed team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with availability to support US East Coast business hours
  • Advanced English level
