Job Description:

The Creative Producer role involves overseeing day-to-day project management and execution within a specific vertical. This includes managing production tasks from brief to delivery, adhering to all internal and external processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows.
  • Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments; familiarity with BFSI or Non-BFSI sectors is a plus.

Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field.
