Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative marketing design initiatives including digital ads, landing pages, social media creatives, video graphics, brochures, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate with teams to create strategic designs that support program growth.
  • Maintain brand consistency ensuring adherence to guidelines across all design and communication materials.
  • Pioneer new design initiatives such as creative testing, video graphics, template optimization to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Lead a team of designers providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Manage collateral production and content updates ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to streamline design operations and uphold creative excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or fine art.
  • 6-9 years of creative experience preferably in an agency or startup environment.
  • Proven experience leading creative projects and managing high-performing design teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and ChatGPT.
  • Expertise in online design tools like Canva, Figma, and Invideo.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven marketing creatives with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to drive feedback from analytical and creative partners.
  • Proficiency in English and adaptability to multiple time zones due to our globally distributed team.
