Creative Leadership Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned Integrated Producer to oversee the production and post-production process, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. This position demands strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the creative integrity and vision of productions throughout the production and post-production process.
  • Sources directors, crew, and cast for projects.
  • Owns productions from initial brief to final delivery, overseeing every aspect of the production and post-production workflow.
  • Collaborates closely with clients to define campaign scope, estimates, and schedules, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
  • Schedules and allocates internal resources efficiently, maximizing team utilization and ensuring post-production timelines are met.
  • Collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions that align with multiple client stakeholders' requirements.
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates with clients, Creative, Account Management, and Production teams to understand project requirements, challenges, and vision.
  • Develops accurate post-production budgets, gains client sign-off, and ensures all stakeholders are aware of budget constraints before commencement.
  • Monitors budget allocation, negotiates extensions, or additional costs when necessary, and reports essential information to senior management.
  • Supervises the production and post-production process, addressing any issues related to deadlines, live dates, and editing time.
  • Mentors and manages junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the production environment.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years' experience managing shoot production and postproduction in a creative agency, with good knowledge of print, digital, and film production.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritizing, planning, and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Drive efficiency and creative excellence always.
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Good understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology to leverage in advertising and digital marketing.
