Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our digital channels projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT project management expertise, preferably in product delivery.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Outcome-oriented attitude and ability to drive multiple teams
  • Prior experience of leading at least one project in the digital channels space (online or mobile banking)
  • Banking project experience is mandatory
  • Familiarity with technology, not a technical expert
  • Managed team size of 8-15 associates
  • Strong communication skills

About this Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of IT project management principles and practices. The candidate should have a proven track record of leading successful projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and customers
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Analyze data to inform project decisions and optimize project outcomes
