Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Smart City ERP initiatives, focusing on Property Tax and Water modules.

The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle—from requirement gathering to go-live—while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive requirement analysis and prepare detailed specifications (SRS, BRD, FRD).
  • Explain workflows and technical details to the development team.
  • Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Manage changes, client feedback, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management standards and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience, including 2-4 years in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
