About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Engineering Project Coordinator.

This role will involve empowering financial institutions to become digital leaders by delivering world-class customer journeys in digital and assisted channels.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution phase of software quality assurance activities, ensuring timely and accurate test case execution, and maintaining transparency through daily reporting.

  • Coordinate test activities based on test strategy and plans defined by the Domain QE Lead.
  • Review change requests and analysis updates to assess their impact on test plans and schedules.
  • Monitor daily test progress, environment readiness, and execution blockers; escalate issues proactively.
  • Support test execution, including system integration testing, functional testing, regression, and UAT phases, by facilitating collaboration among test pods, developers, analysts, and business users.

To succeed in this position, you will need solid understanding of Software Testing Concepts, STLC, and SDLC processes with Shift-Left approach, as well as experience in coordinating test execution activities within complex projects, ideally in the financial or digital banking domain.

Requirements
  • Solid understanding of Software Testing Concepts, STLC, and SDLC processes with Shift-Left approach.
  • Proven experience in coordinating test execution activities within complex projects, ideally in the financial or digital banking domain.
  • Hands-on experience with test case preparation, test case execution, and quality reporting.
  • Experience with test planning and strategy development, especially in coordination with QA Leads or domain owners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business users, analysts, developers, and project managers.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; capable of producing professional communication and reporting.
