As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks related to order processing and customer inquiries.

This role involves handling orders, coordinating with finance and supply chain teams, communicating with customers, resolving issues, and generating orders. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent coordination and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire order booking process, including validating commercial terms and working with finance and supply chain teams.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for validations and payment applications, and work with the supply chain team to allocate ship sets and release order holds.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers on all order-related queries, send Proforma Invoices (PI) and follow up on payments.
  • Handle Returns/RMAs and customer complaints, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
  • Generate and process pre-orders and FOC (Free of Charge) orders.
