Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer complaints and place orders using the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily goals and maintain set timelines and quality standards.
  • Create orders in ERP tools for credit, debit, investigation, and return, and follow up with key partners to close requests in sales force automation software.
  • Process customer documentation requests.
  • Coordinate with customer master data team to update customer information.
  • Review errors made by the team and provide suggestions to mitigate future occurrences.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures for the process.
  • Identify and provide training on the process to the team.
About You
  • You should hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Prior experience in order management or customer service is preferred.
  • You should have hands-on experience with ERPs like SAP and Salesforce, and functional knowledge of ERP systems.
  • You should possess basic skills in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and technical knowledge related to documentation.
  • You should have effective communication skills and expertise in problem-solving, planning, execution, and customer orientation.
