Role Overview
We seek a results-driven Alliance Manager to manage strategic partner relationships and drive joint business growth. You will act as an extension of our clients' go-to-market infrastructure, leveraging your expertise to build and execute co-selling and demand generation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Co-Selling & GTM Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
- Program Execution & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
- Ecosystem Engagement: Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. You must be adept at strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Mindset: An outcome-oriented and go-getter mindset is essential. You should be a problem-solver who takes complete responsibility for your work and its outcomes, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
