Key Position: Executive Operations Partner

 Job Responsibilities: 
  • Translate leadership vision into actionable plans and track execution progress.
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, AI, and operations teams.
    • Project Management
    • Oversee day-to-day project management: sprints, deliverables, timelines.
    • Anticipate and proactively solve potential issues.
  • Support client interactions, proposals, investor materials, and internal reporting.
  • Research new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
 Requirements: 
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and high-growth environments.
