Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to support our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technical knowledge of machinery, including compression and capsule filling equipment, to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Convert user requirements into actionable orders by preparing technical scopes and quotations.
  • Conduct on-site machine inspections and evaluations for retrofitting and upgradation purposes.
  • Provide effective solutions to resolve customer issues and meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and deliver high-quality results.
  • Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our machinery.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, machine evaluations, and service reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements in pharmaceutical machinery to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Support the sales team with technical inputs during client negotiations and proposal development, ensuring a strong competitive edge.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols during machine upgrades and installations.
