Compliance Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for retail business compliance and regulatory advisory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.

  • Job Description:
  • The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements from the RBI, reviewing and updating internal policies, and monitoring regulatory developments. This includes identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and developing corrective action plans.
  • The role requires effective leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Business, Legal, Risk, Operations) and external stakeholders (Statutory Auditors, Regulators).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in compliance within banks or NBFCs.
  • Practical knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines related to retail lending.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership abilities as a team leader.
  • Qualification: CA/CS/ LLB/MBA in Finance.
