Straight Growth is seeking an experienced HubSpot Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the process of onboarding and implementing their HubSpot portals.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that enhance engagement, boost customer retention, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and implement the HubSpot portal for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS.
  • Migrate data into HubSpot CRM, complete data mapping, and segment lists to optimize lead nurturing workflows.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM to enhance the sales and marketing process, creating and managing landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, template designs, calls-to-action, and more within the HubSpot platform.
  • Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.
  • Create reports that provide clear attribution to sources and processes driving success.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HubSpot CRM, preferably with responsibility for driving a qualified lead pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of Inbound Marketing and content strategy.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred).
  • Experience with other CRM tools is a plus.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000, depending on location and experience. This is a competitive offer that reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth and success.
